Renate van der Veen was born and raised in Amsterdam and attended a United World College in Italy in her teenage years. This school, based upon the values of diversity, equality, and personal responsibility, made a big impression on her. She studied Law and worked for the City of Amsterdam where she specialized in organizational development and transformational projects for individuals, teams, departments, and organizations. Since 2010 she is an independent consultant and trainer in dialogue and team role management and was trained in mediation, focusing, leadership, and management development.
Renate van der Veen is a member of the Spirit of the Age partnership which stimulates cooperation on social issues and specializes in dialogue for organizations and networks. Over a thousand people have been trained in dialogue. Renate also works as a life coach for gifted adults for over a decade now. |
